FAQ

  • What size are the models?
The models all come in different sizes. In order to be compatible with most table top and board games we measure the model size by the diameter of the base it is on. This assists with compatability with the grid size used in your tabletop game. Here are the standard sizes we offer: Medium: 1" Large: 2" Huge: 3" Gargantuan: 4" Colossal 5" or more As for scale, we do our best to keep the models at a 28mm scale common to RPG games like Dungeons & Dragons. Due to carrying models from numerous artists who sculpt in various scales and styles we have opted to standardize models by the base they are on or fit on. The height of the model varies but can be seen when compared to the base the model is on. If you have a very specific height, scale, or size request you are always welcome to reach out to us and we will gladly work with you. Remember, when in doubt reach out :)

  • What is the right size for this model?
We offer a common or recommended size for every model. It is the size pre-selected when you look at the product page for it. You could also downsize if you will use it as a lesser or young version of the creature, or upsize if you wish to use it as an elder or greater version of the creature or simply wish to paint it as a display piece.
  • Can I paint these models?
Absolutely! Our models are beautiful as is, but a lot of the detail doesn't really come out until the've been painted. We recommend priming them with an airbrush prior to painting to maintain the absolute highest level of detail. Though rattle can priming works perfectly fine as well. Then you can paint it to your taste using acrylic paints. There are a lot of painting tutorial resources on YouTube just search for miniature painting. We also offer full customized painting services from our talented artists.
